We are proud to introduce Whale Dreamer, the latest evolution in premium whale-watching vessel design by Sea Cat Ships and Sea Speed Design. This bespoke 23-metre aluminium catamaran has been purpose-built for operations in Sydney's exposed coastal waters, where performance, comfort, and safety are paramount. Constructed by our highly skilled Thai workforce under Australian project management, Whale Dreamer reflects a commitment to quality, innovation, and proven design.

Based on our successful "Bubbles" semi-displacement deep-vee hull platform, Whale Dreamer delivers exceptional seakeeping performance in offshore conditions. The vessel provides a smooth and controlled ride in swell, with reduced slamming and excellent stability, ensuring passenger comfort and confidence even in demanding environments.

Powered by twin Yanmar 700HP diesel engines, Whale Dreamer achieves a top speed of 26 knots and delivers outstanding fuel efficiency. The vessel cruises economically at 21 knots with a fuel consumption of approximately 75 litres per hour per engine, offering operators an ideal balance between performance and operating cost.

Designed specifically for whale-watching experiences, Whale Dreamer accommodates up to 145 passengers plus 5 crew and features expansive outdoor viewing with three decks, comfortable interior seating, and excellent sightlines for wildlife encounters.

Built in accordance with NSCV (AMSA) Class 1C survey requirements, Whale Dreamer meets Australia's stringent maritime safety standards for coastal passenger vessels. As the sixth vessel constructed on this refined hull platform, she benefits from continuous design evolution and real-world operational feedback.
