December 2011 saw the delivery of the latest 33 Metre High-Speed Ferry “Peng Zing 12” Built by Wang Tak / Guangdong Hongshen in Guangzhou China. With this new version a few modifications were carried out and a new top speed of 28.5 knots was achieved with a full load (27.5knots cruise @90%MCR) with 2 x MTU 1080kw each and 260 Doen Waterjets. Delivered in April 2009 this fuel efficient new high-speed catamaran ferry has proven to be a good solution for the low cost operation including very low fuel burn. The loaded speed is over 27 knots which is very good considering she is only powered by twin 1040 kw. A comfortable ride is achieved with the deep vee hulls also low vibration and the noise levels.

On Feb 2000 a 20 meter work boat catamaran as launched. This unique vessel is has oil recycling capabilities as well as oil spill clean-up facilities. This 24 Metre catamaran was launched in June 2006 and designed and built for Calypso Cruises in Port Douglas. This dive catamaran is based on the previous vessel "Eclipse" designed in 2004 for this customer. With a new wide-body design (9 Metre Beam) roomier interior. This 18.8 meter commuter ferry for Fantasea Cruises has just been completed. This vessel will operate in the Whitsundays in Queensland Australia. This aluminium passenger catamaran is licensed to carry 130 passengers in USL Code Class 1D. The vessel is powered by twin Deutz 430 hp Diesel engines and top speed is over 25 knots.
Launched September 2004 this vessel operates out of Port Douglas for dive trips on a daily basis. Launched Aug 2004, this 19.4m aluminium catamaran "Tasman Venture" has a high wing deck clearance for offshore operations. Launched across 2003 and 2004 the three First Ferry boats were built using a prefabricated Kit system where the hull was designed and prefabricated in Australia and then sent by container to China where the rest of construction was completed. Launched Nov 2003 our 12 meter passenger aluminium catamaran featured fuel efficient hull design. During sea trials she showed outstanding economy and performance- Top speed 21 Knots, cruise at 18 knots from 2 x 220 hp.
This 17 meter whale watching aluminium catamaran was launched in July 2003 and is now operating out of Harvey Bay Queensland. In trials she exceeded her predicted speed by two knots and is proving a very popular vessel with the public. Features full walk around decks for whale viewing and full lower level wheelchair access.
